Man's Gin is the project of Cobalt's Erik Wunder, and sophomore album "Rebellion Hymns" is as bleak and devastating as the album art would suggest. Dark folk with stretches of frenetic energy and badlands Americana, the songs on "Rebellion Hymns" play out like some hopeless murder ballad. It's beautiful and soul crushing...and probably my favorite thing right now. Look for the record in the near future from metal label
